HEALTHY HABITS MENTORING PROGRAM
Welcome to our brand new 10-week healthy habits mentoring program!
In this highly customizable program, we aim to instill life-changing habits into our clients' lives and create long-lasting routines that result in a healthier and more enjoyable life.
Our 10-Week Healthy Habits Mentoring Program is a 1 on 1 experience that entails two days per week over ten weeks (length of program and shift times can vary depending on goals and funding) and will introduce a variety of positive changes into our clients' lives and leave a lasting impression.
Our Support Workers will take their clients to try out a number of different sports and hobbies in the hope of finding something participants can sink their teeth into. Examples of this include different sports and hobbies such as attending the gym, bushwalking, various team sports Etc. Examples such as these are highly customizable and are brainstormed during our client's initial session with us.
Not only will they try different forms of exercise but participants will also be introduced to healthier eating habits which entail going grocery shopping, preparing food, and choosing more appropriate fast food options.
What we desire to instill into our clients and their lives, is a sense of overall well-being, education, and self-responsibility around their health & fitness.
Our Healthy Habits Mentoring Program takes place in a 1 on 1 setting.
Each program is custom-built to meet & serve the needs and goals of the client.
Each program takes place over 10 weeks and is 2 days per week commitment.
Our primary focus is to bring lasting & healthy change.
