Our 10 week Healthy Habits Mentoring Program is all about making real change feel doable. It’s completely custom-built to each participant, designed to fit your interests, your goals, and your pace.

This 1-on-1 mentoring experience runs twice a week and introduces a range of healthy routines around movement, nutrition, and lifestyle. From trying out new sports to learning how to prep simple, nutritious meals, the goal is to help you build habits that last long after the 10 weeks are up.

No cookie cutter programs here- just practical support, real experiences, and guidance that actually makes sense.

Each mentoring journey begins with a conversation: what are your interests? What are your goals? What kind of movement or routine might feel good in your life? From there, our Support Workers help participants explore a range of options—like going to the gym, hiking trails, trying team sports, or discovering hobbies that spark motivation.

Along the way, we also focus on everyday health skills like grocery shopping, cooking, and making smarter choices when eating out. It’s not about restriction—it’s about confidence, awareness, and progress.

The end result? More energy, more independence, and a healthier outlook on life.
